"Worst insurance i have ever had,got cancelled for subniting a claim,cancelled insurance,after one week of cancelling and talking to an agent to make sure not to get charged again still got charged for the monthy service and the coul not do anything to get a refund until state farmers accounting took care of it,THEY JUST SUCK"

"Very disappointed with Statefarm. I wanted to add Renters insurance to my policy but I was denied. I filed a claim from my mortgage insurance a few years ago and that is the reason I was denied as a current customer at Statefarm for years. So if you file a claim, you will not be allowed to get renters insurance with Statefarm. I will be canceling my policy because of there poor customer service."
